        2 years experience; duties included multi-tasking, schedule flexibility, creating a stress releasing dining experience for customers.  Locations included Airport frwy & south Arlington locations.

        1 year experience; duties included fostering new relationships with corporations as well as product placement, customer service i.e. locating customer product requests and recommending books in similar genres for up selling.  

  Akai  --  Customer Service Rep.

        18 month experience; Akai is an electronic instrument manufacturer.  Duties included procurement of contracts & making sure the process went from sales order to delivery, without error.

  Next Stage --  Usher/Customer Service Rep.

        2 years experience; duties included multi-tasking and scheduling flexibility.  Essentially showing ticket holders to their seats at a concert venue.  My experience there helped to increase my knowledge of how to best meet the needs of customers of different cultures as well as how to best help customers with disabilities.
